“ Let’s do a plan cool ,
Esprit de corps,we pool,
We seek a bird- rare to start,
Refrain unique , it sets apart ,
Starling, no parrot, no etal, no further,
notes complex, it can imitates no other,
jungles remote, we trek,& we think:
A wild notion ; is it doable in a blink?
Hey Attenborough , we need an assist,
Your the very idea, we cannot esist ,
come in please, do a recording play & re-play
Solo song it says, “America The Beautiful !“,
Intrigued? The lyrebird istens & then imitates,
For a true copy recorded for sure it can relates,

Excellent, Ishrat!
I must admit that I never heard of a lyrebird. I looked them up and found an Attenborough clip featuring these beautiful birds. What repertoire of singing…
I think you poem gives them good praise.
I imagine a lyrebird hanging in Caffe Vivaldi, imitating the music and the coffee machine, an occasional shaker and of course maybe some Schubert on the piano 🎹
